Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Leasing Consultant to blend customer service, sales, and marketing to lease apartments and build rapport with residents. You will drive leasing goals, market the community, and maintain strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires on-site work with occasional scheduling flexibility, including weekends. Prior leasing, sales, or on-site management experience is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Sales and customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lease the community and meet leasing goals.
• Market the community to attract residents.
• Maintain positive resident satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain general office organization and communications across teams.
• Participate in risk management and safety programs.
