Mark-Taylor is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the Arlo community in Phoenix, AZ. You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and guide them through the application process while maintaining high standards of resident service.

This role includes managing apartment availability and pricing, processing payments, and presenting a positive, branded experience to residents and guests. Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred, with strong communication and organizational

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of sales or customer service experience.
• Comfort resolving conflicts and delivering high level customer care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-starter work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Mark-Taylor for prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional experiences at every step.
• Conduct detailed, informative tours for prospective residents.
• Close sales by guiding applicants through the complete process and following up on status.
• Create positive experiences across email, phone, and in-person communications.
• Maintain resident files, process rental payments, and manage apartment availability and pricing.
• Contribute to a world-class community experience reflecting Mark-Taylor's brand standards.
