Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Mark-Taylor, greeting residents and prospects with a positive experience.
• Conduct detailed & informative tours for prospective residents.
• Close the sale by guiding applicants through the complete process and follow up.
• Maintain resident files, manage payments and apartment availability.
• Create positive experiences via email, phone, in-person interactions.
