Job summary

Mark-Taylor, a leading Arizona apartment builder and manager, is hiring a Leasing Consultant at San Milan in Phoenix. You will greet prospective residents, conduct informative tours, guide applicants through the rental process, and help create a welcoming, high-quality resident experience.

We seek candidates with at least one year in sales or customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in sales or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Associates and/or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective and current residents, delivering an exceptional experience.
• Conduct detailed tours with prospective residents.
• Close the sale and guide applicants through the complete process.
• Communicate via email, phone, and in person to residents and prospects.
• Maintain resident files and actively manage apartment availability and pricing.
• Uphold Mark-Taylor’s high brand standards for curb appeal and resident experience.
