Job summary

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Leasing Consultant at Arts District in Phoenix, AZ. You will represent Mark-Taylor by delivering exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents.

In this role you will conduct tours, guide applicants through the application process, and maintain leasing files while pricing and availability. The position includes bonuses based on performance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of sales or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective and current residents and provide an exceptional experience.
• Conduct detailed and informative tours with prospective residents.
• Close the sale and guide through the application process.
• Follow up with future residents about status.
• Maintain resident files, collect rent payments, and manage availability and pricing.
• Create world-class community experience reflecting Mark-Taylor’s standards.
