Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Redmond, WA to lead daily leasing operations and guide prospective residents through tours and floorplan selections. Weekend availability is required to support peak activity times.

You will leverage your customer service skills and knowledge of property management software to build relationships, follow leads, and deliver a first-class resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years in leasing or customer service in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency with PM software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours and assist prospective residents in selecting floorplans.
• Follow up on leads and manage daily leasing operations, including weekends.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver a superior resident experience.
