Job summary

Qualifications

• LIHTC experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED required; training in Fair Housing within 14 days is expected.

Responsibilities

• Shows and leases apartments to prospective residents and supports the community's marketing plan.
• Maintain model and target apartments, ensure clean and orderly offices, and uphold curb appeal.
• Process rental applications and collect security deposits; maintain resident files and monthly market surveys.
• Provide courteous, efficient handling of resident requests and complaints; report unusual circumstances.
