Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents and support marketing plans.
• Assist applicants with rental applications and collect security deposits.
• Maintain model apartments and office areas; ensure curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Maintain resident and community files and assist with monthly market surveys.
• Communicate effectively and handle resident requests professionally.
