Job summary

You will assist applicants with applications and deposits, ensure model apartments are ready, explain leases and policies, and maintain files while upholding Fair Housing standards and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Fair Housing training within 1 day of hire and harassment courses within 7 days of hire.
• CAM or RAM designations recommended; Fair Housing certification within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist applicants with rental applications and collect security deposits.
• Keep model and target apartments ready and maintain clean work areas and office.
• Explain lease terms, rates, policies and community amenities.
• Maintain contact with apartment locator services and local businesses; monitor market pricing.
• Process administrative forms and reports promptly and professionally.
• Provide courteous handling of resident requests and maintain a professional appearance.
