Job summary

Qualifications

• LIHTC knowledge and compliance experience is required.
• Strong sales technique and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing standards and leasing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Maintain model and target apartments, curb appeal, and clean offices.
• Know lease terms, rates, and community policies; update market surveys.
• Coordinate with locator services and local businesses for information materials.
• Assist with applicant screening and security deposits.
• Maintain resident retention programs and accurate resident files.
