Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or equivalent education.
• HUD & LIHTC experience highly preferred.
• Fair Housing Certification required within 14 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Assist applicants with rental applications and security deposits.
• Maintain model and target apartments and keep offices clean and orderly.
• Understand lease terms, policies, rates, and amenities.
• Maintain contact with apartment locator services and local businesses.
• Perform standard administrative duties and reporting.
