Ideal candidates have leasing or sales experience, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing standards. This on-site role requires a high school diploma and a focus on professional appearance and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Experience in leasing or sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing standards is expected within 7 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Assist applicants with rental applications and deposits.
• Maintain model and target apartments in ready condition and ensure curb appeal.
• Understand current rental rates, sizes, locations and amenities.
• Develop and maintain resident retention initiatives under supervision.
