29th Street Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support Community Managers with leasing and occupancy across properties and to assist with marketing efforts.

The role involves showing properties, processing applications, and ensuring timely lease completion while maintaining exceptional resident relations and adherence to company policies and Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to provide courteous, professional service to residents and managers.
• Honest in time reporting; reliability is a must.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with leasing and occupancy at all properties.
• Serve as first point of contact for prospects and residents.
• Conduct tours and process applications and leases.
• Maintain move-in/move-out checklists.
• Ensure leases are signed and money paid before keys issued.
• Post vacancies on Craigslist and other marketing venues; assist with events.
