Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant who will drive leasing and renewal strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. You will conduct in-person tours, qualify prospects, process applications, credit and background checks, and assemble lease packages to ensure a smooth move-in.

You will also design and execute on-site and off-site marketing efforts, analyze market trends, and collaborate with teams to meet property goals while delivering outstanding resident service.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in property management, sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with clear delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing and renewal activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Conduct property tours, process applications, credit checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Design and implement marketing plans to drive traffic and improve occupancy.
