Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities across our multifamily communities. You will greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and coordinate move-ins to ensure a smooth leasing experience.

In this role, you design and execute offsite marketing initiatives, develop referral programs, and use digital tools to attract residents.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face, conduct tours, process applications and perform background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in package; ensure smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic; implement referral and employer outreach programs.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret market trends to adjust marketing plans and occupancy goals.
• Maintain property standards; inspect show units and report maintenance issues.
• Manage renewals and respond to resident questions to ensure satisfaction.
