Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing or Customer Service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications and prepare lease documents.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic including referrals and online tools.
• Analyze market trends and recommend improvements for occupancy.
• Ensure lease renewals are signed and managed on time; respond to resident questions.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the property and show units.
