The role requires strong customer service and familiarity with Yardi/CRM. Schedule is full-time with standard leasing office hours and on-site duties.

The successful candidate will maintain model units, manage inquiries, and contribute to marketing efforts and resident satisfaction while upholding Thrive’s policies and Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Leasing experience in multi-family housing preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Yardi/CRM and Onsite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and present community features and benefits.
• Maintain a professional leasing office and stage models as needed.
• Process applications, verify information, and secure leases.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or CRM with timely follow-up.
• Support marketing efforts and contribute to resident satisfaction.
