Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants in Washington, DC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to deliver first-rate service while driving leasing goals across our communities. You will show apartments, process applications, and guide residents from move-in to renewal, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for prospective and current residents.

Bring at least 1 year in customer service or sales, a high school diploma, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus (Fair Housing laws knowledge).
• Intermediate MS Office skills; experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeriand and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and timely responses to resident inquiries or concerns.
• Process maintenance requests and coordinate with the team for timely resolution.
• Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
• Support property management with administrative duties and phone support.
• Conduct move-out inspections and assist with turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collections per Trinity’s standards.
