What You’ll Do

Welcome and engage prospective residents, delivering a personalized leasing experienceConduct community tours and effectively showcase apartment homes and amenitiesGuide applicants through the leasing process from inquiry to move-inMaintain strong follow-up with prospects to convert leads into leasesEnsure full compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policiesBuild and maintain positive relationships with current and future residentsSupport overall community success through professionalism, energy, and teamwork

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in leasing, property management, or real estate administrative rolesProficiency in Yardi, OneSite, or similar property management software (experience is a plus)Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and phone etiquetteConfident in negotiating lease terms while maintaining compliance and professionalismHighly organized with strong attention to detail in contracts and record keepingAbility to multitask and stay efficient in a fast-paced environmentExperience with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentationKnowledge of property maintenance or facilities management is a plusA positive, outgoing attitude with a natural ability to connect with people
