Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant to be the front-line sales professional at an assigned community, driving occupancy and revenue while delivering a world-class resident experience in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

You’ll convert leads via phone, online and in-person tours, maintain pricing knowledge, follow up diligently, and support the turn process and model readiness. Weekend availability and CRM proficiency (Yardi/Entrata/RealPage) are essential.

Qualifications

• Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required).
• Experience achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar.
• Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts).
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close.
• Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
• Achieve and exceed community leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Execute strategies that drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and maximize revenue.
• Respond to leads quickly with a sales first mindset.
• Complete lease paperwork accurately and collect deposits.
