PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue at a targeted community. You will be front-line sales, deliver world-class resident experiences, and work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities include converting leads through phone, online, and in-person tours; maintaining CRM data; meeting leasing goals; offering tours, responding quickly, and collaborating on market knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience with a proven track record.
• Ability to convert leads to leases through multiple channels.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining timely follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases via phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver high-impact tours to identify needs and close.
• Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
• Achieve leasing goals and contribute to occupancy targets.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data.
• Assist with move-in activities and deposits.
