Venterra Realty is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Town Station to turn inquiries into leases and maximize occupancy. You will engage prospects, tour communities, and promote premium units while collaborating with marketing to boost visibility.

You will use our CRM and leasing software daily, respond quickly to leads, and maintain a strong pipeline. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, trust-building, and flexible weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with customers and building trust in person.
• Hospitality, restaurant, retail, service and care backgrounds are welcome.
• Multifamily experience is not required.
• Comfortable selling. Can connect needs to a solution and ask for the decision.
• Takes ownership and notices what needs doing without being asked.
• Follows through and keeps track of multiple prospects and commitments.
• Steady under pressure; can handle objections while maintaining relationships.
• Open to coaching and quickly applying feedback.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools; CRM and leasing software used daily.
• Able to work weekends and a flexible schedule based on community needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Maintain tour routes and show units to create a positive impression on prospects.
• Deliver a seamless move-in experience that exceeds resident expectations.
• Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy, creating a welcoming community atmosphere.
