Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to help prospective residents, tour units, qualify leads, prepare leases, and coordinate move-ins at Explore Station 3700. You will maintain accurate records and respond promptly to inquiries to support high occupancy and a quality living experience.

Strong customer service, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar systems are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Listen to residents' needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Qualify prospective residents and lease apartments; prepare lease documents and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain model apartments and ensure touring readiness.
• Orient residents and process renewal paperwork monthly.
• Enter traffic data and maintain confidential resident files.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, mail or email.
• Convert inquiries into property tours and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate move-in/out and liaise with maintenance.
• Assist with clerical tasks and property invoices as needed.
• Support resident activities to improve retention.
• Comply with safety rules and company policies.
