Venterra Realty is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Trevesta Place. You will drive occupancy by converting leads into leases, promote premium units, and work to maximize revenue while providing exceptional resident experiences.

As part of the team, you will respond to inquiries, maintain a strong sales pipeline with CRM, and support marketing initiatives. Weekend availability and flexibility are required to meet leasing goals.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in sales, leasing, or customer service (multifamily experience preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM tools preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
