Job summary

Greenwood Star Property Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive high occupancy by leasing available units and delivering exceptional customer service to current and prospective tenants. You will conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and assist applicants through the application process, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or property management.

Responsibilities

Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing detailed information about the properties.
Assist potential tenants with the application process, including screening and lease signing.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
Maintain positive relationships with current residents and address any concerns or issues they may have.
Support your property management team.
