This full-time role requires staying informed about local market trends, conducting tours, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins while upholding fair housing guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide property information.
• Stay informed about local rental market trends and regulations.
• Market and promote available properties to maximize visibility.
• Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries (in-person, phone, email).
• Process applications, screen applicants, and prepare lease paperwork.
• Negotiate lease terms and assist with move-ins and renewals.
• Uphold fair housing regulations and company policies.
• May work weekends as needed and support team goals.
