Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract, screen and lease properties to prospective tenants. You will market available properties, conduct tours, screen applicants, negotiate lease terms, and help residents move in.

You will work closely with the Property Manager and team to achieve leasing goals, maintain high occupancy, and uphold fair housing and company policies. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide information about properties.
• Conduct property tours and screen applicants.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and ensure high occupancy.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and team to meet leasing goals.
• Respond to inquiries and assist with move-in process.
• Plan resident events and uphold fair housing regulations and company policies.
