ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen prospects, conduct property tours, negotiate lease terms, and keep occupancy high while delivering excellent service.

You will collaborate with the property manager, respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries, prepare leases, assist move-ins, and support marketing events to maximize property visibility, consistent with fair housing laws.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and conduct property tours.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork.
• Respond to inquiries and assist with move-ins to ensure smooth processes.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and marketing events to maximize occupancy.
• Uphold fair housing regulations and company policies.
