Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Driver's License required

Responsibilities

• Market and promote available properties
• Conduct property tours and screen applicants
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email
• Maintain high occupancy and positive resident relations
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and special reports
