Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Austin, TX. You will coordinate rentals, move-ins and renewals while delivering excellent resident service.

You will interact with prospects and current residents to maximize occupancy, prepare lease documents, and support move-in/out activities with the maintenance team. A high school diploma and leasing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in leasing or property management sales is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with residents and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve high occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and complete move-in paperwork and processes.
