Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. You will show, lease, tour, and sign leases, handling all related paperwork and onboarding new residents.

The role requires on-site presence, knowledge of housing laws, and basic computer skills. You’ll contribute to marketing efforts, respond to inquiries promptly, and support retention programs while upkeeping common areas and ensuring resident satisfaction.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required to perform on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is required.

Mansioni

• Property Leasing and Administration
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease
• Close the sale through appointments, tours, and follow-up
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in
• Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turn process
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond within 24 hours
• Use sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and meet leasing goals
• Handle resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction
• Assist in resident retention programs and events
• Contribute to upkeep of office and common areas
• Assist in implementing annual marketing plan outreach
• Review market surveys to inform plans
• Keep thorough knowledge of property and competition
• Manage customer service and service-request turnaround
