ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen tenants, provide information on available properties, and negotiate lease terms. You will drive leasing activity, maintain high occupancy, and foster positive relationships with residents.

The role emphasizes marketing, tours, applicant screening, and accurate lease documentation, with a focus on customer service and adherence to fair housing regulations. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Aufgaben

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide information about available properties.
• Negotiate lease terms and ensure a smooth leasing process.
• Market and promote available properties; conduct property tours and screen applicants.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents with move-in processes.
• Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries and set appointments.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and special reports and respond to resident needs/concerns.
• Explain lease and community policies clearly to new and current residents.
• Plan and conduct resident functions; uphold ethics, fair housing regulations, and company policies.
• Work one to two weekends per month as needed.
