Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract, screen, and lease properties to prospective tenants. You will provide information on available units, conduct tours, and negotiate terms while maintaining excellent resident relations.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, preparing lease paperwork, and supporting the property team to achieve high occupancy. A valid driver's license and flexibility to work weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen tenants and promote available properties.
• Conduct property tours and explain lease terms clearly to prospects.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents through move-in process.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries and set appointments.
• Maintain monthly/weekly reports and track leasing activity.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with Property Manager to meet occupancy goals.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
