Wms in Davenport, FL is seeking a Leasing Consultant to connect with prospective residents, tour homes, and convert inquiries into leases. You will showcase features, price, and community amenities while delivering exceptional service.

You'll manage the leasing process from qualification through move-in, collaborate with marketing to generate leads, and contribute to occupancy goals. A high school diploma and 2 years in leasing or hospitality are preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of leasing, sales, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective residents through tours, calls, emails, and in-person interactions, presenting apartments and amenities.
• Explain community features, floorplans, amenities, pricing, and local competitors.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up to convert prospects into leases.
• Manage leasing process including qualification, lease prep, move-ins, rent calculations, and prorations.
