Donaldson, a leader in multifamily property management, is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a 140-unit community in Portsmouth, VA (Quarters at Park View). You will greet prospects, tour the property, and guide applicants through the full leasing cycle while supporting marketing and day-to-day operations.

We value strong customer service, goal orientation, and tech-savviness. Weekend/evening availability and Yardi experience are a plus; leasing bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior leasing experience in multifamily communities is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Weekend and some evenings availability for resident events is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Conduct property tours and showcase apartment features and amenities.
• Execute the full leasing cycle from inquiry to lease signing.

We are seeking a talented Leasing Consultant with prior leasing experience for a 140-unit residential apartment community located in Portsmouth, VA (Quarters at Park View). Leasing bonuses available!Responsibilities:Greet and engage prospective residents with professionalism and enthusiasmConduct property tours and showcase apartment features and community amenitiesExecute the full leasing cycle from initial inquiry through lease signingAssist with marketing and outreach efforts to attract new prospectsMaintain accurate resident and prospect records (Yardi experience preferred)Promote resident retention through excellent customer care and service follow-upSupport the property team in day-to-day operations and building eventsRespond promptly to phone calls, emails, and resident inquiriesRequirements:Prior leasing experience in a multifamily community preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsGoal-oriented with proven closing abilityTech-savvy, organized, and detail-focusedAvailability to work weekends and some evenings for resident eventsYardi or similar property management software experience preferredWhy Donaldson?At Donaldson, our mission is to provide Peace of Mind in every interaction, for residents, partners, and team members alike.
