Job summary

ZRS Management LLC seeks an experienced Leasing Consultant in Florida to attract, screen and lease apartments, ensuring high occupancy and positive resident relations.

Responsibilities include tours, negotiations, lease paperwork, inquiries, and support for the property manager. A valid driver's license and 1+ year leasing sales are preferred; weekend flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic Internet marketing
• Experience with property management software (Onesite, Yardi, RealPage, Knock, RentCafe, ResMan)

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen prospective tenants and promote properties
• Conduct property tours and negotiate lease terms
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents to ensure smooth move-in
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries with leasing information
• Support the property manager with reports and marketing events

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team! The ideal candidate is professional, personable, motivated, and has a strong background in leasing, resident relations, and customer service.Sign-On Bonus: A $250 sign-on bonus will be paid after successfully completing 90 days of employment and receiving a good/satisfactory performance review.If you are an experienced leasing professional who enjoys helping prospective residents find their next home and providing exceptional customer service, we’d love to hear from you!A leasing consultant primary role is to attract and screen potential tenants, provide information about available properties, negotiate lease terms, and ensure a smooth leasing process.As a leasing consultant you will be responsible for leasing properties to prospective tenants, ensuring high occupancy rates, and maintaining positive relationships with current residents. Your role involves marketing and promoting available properties, conducting property tours, screening applicants, negotiating lease agreements, and providing excellent customer service.
