Continental Realty is seeking a Leasing Specialist for Doncaster Village in Parkville, MD. The role focuses on leasing apartment-homes in a competitive market and delivering post-lease resident service.

Compensation includes monthly sales commissions, quarterly team bonus, rent discounts at CRC communities, health benefits, 401K, and paid training. Prior leasing experience is preferred. Must have a vehicle and license; some Saturdays required.

Position: Leasing Specialist for Doncaster Village - Parkville, MD

Role Overview

As a Leasing Specialist for Doncaster Village, you will work at a fast pace to lease beautiful apartment-homes in a very competitive market. In addition, you will deliver after-sales service to meet the ongoing needs of existing residents. We are looking for an all-star Leasing Specialist who enjoys a multi-faceted role which includes leasing, resident engagement, event planning, social media, marketing outreach, and customer service.

Competitive pay commensurate with exp + monthly sales commission + quarterly team bonus + 20% rent discount at any CRC community in proximity (if desired) + Medical/Dental/Vision/401K + paid training including industry designations + fun events

• Sales focused role, converting prospects into residents.

• Previous Leasing experience is strongly preferred, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Social media marketing and planning resident events a plus!
• Comfortable learning new property management technology/platforms, i.e. EliseAI.
• Hospitality, sales, and customer service experience also considered.
• Must be willing to work some rotating Saturdays (still enjoy 40 hours per week).
• Vehicle and license required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, very reliable, ability to multitask.
