CAPREIT in Charlottesville, VA, is seeking a Leasing Consultant for 29 Central/Towns at Stonefield. You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, highlight features, and guide applicants through the leasing process.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in multifamily housing, strong service and sales skills, and a valid driver’s license. Familiarity with RealPage, OneSite, Entrata or Yardi is a plus; join a team focused on exceptional resident experiences.

Qualificações

• 1 to 3 years of multifamily housing experience.
• Previous leasing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
• A valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle/golf cart.
• Experience with specialized property management software (RealPage, OneSite, Entrata and/or Yardi).

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Provide Exceptional Customer Service

Help prospective residents find their next home by:

• Greeting and qualifying prospective residents
• Conducting community tours
• Highlighting community features and benefits
• Assisting with the application process
• Participating in marketing and outreach activities
• Following up with prospects throughout the leasing process

Support Community Operations

Assist the Community Manager by:

• Processing rental applications in a timely manner
• Answering resident and prospect inquiries
• Managing resident and prospect follow-up
• Completing administrative and leasing-related tasks
• Contributing to occupancy and retention goals

Schedule

Hours can vary due to corporate office seasonal changes. Routinely the position is Monday-Friday 9-6 and every other Saturday 10-5, when working Saturday will have a day off the week prior.
