Job summary

CAPREIT is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the O’Fallon Lakes community in Missouri. You will engage prospects, highlight community features, and process applications while delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of apartment leasing experience, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with RealPage/OneSite/Yardi or the ability to learn. This on-site role includes weekday hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in apartment leasing.
• A valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle/golf cart.
• Experience with specialized property management software (RealPage, OneSite, and/or Yardi) or the ability to learn such software.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents by marketing the community, greeting applicants, showcasing the property, and collecting applications.
• Assist the Community Manager by processing applications, taking resident phone calls, following up with prospects, and handling administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents by planning and participating in marketing activities to attract prospective residents; greeting applicants, showcasing the community, and collecting applications; communicating the features and benefits of the community with potential residents.

Assist the Community Manager by processing applications in a timely manner, taking resident phone calls, following up with prospective residents, and completing additional, on-going administrative functions of the community

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

• - 1 to 3 years of experience in apartment leasing
• - Affordable Housing Requirements - Bond, HUD and LIHTC is preferred
• - A valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle/golf cart
• - Experience with specialized property management software (RealPage, OneSite, and/or Yardi), or the ability to learn such software
• - A working knowledge of current technologies and Microsoft Office

Schedule Requirements:

Monday - Friday/Some weekend but not every weekend
