Job summary

CAPREIT is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Baldwin Chase in Simpsonville, SC to provide excellent customer service to prospective residents and showcase the community.

You will assist the Community Manager with applications, calls, and administrative tasks, helping to attract residents and maintain a welcoming, well-organized leasing process. This position includes duties like greeting applicants, coordinating tours, and processing applications to support occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in apartment leasing
• A valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle/golf cart
• Experience with specialized property management software (RealPage, OneSite, and/or Yardi), or the ability to learn such software
• A working knowledge of current technologies and Microsoft Office
