Job summary

CAPREIT invites you to join the Goldelm at Bennett Park leasing team in Bradenton, FL. We are seeking an organized and positive Leasing Consultant to greet applicants, showcase the community, and collect applications while promoting the features and benefits of the property.

You will support the Community Manager in processing applications, handling inquiries, and performing daily administrative duties to keep the leasing process smooth and efficient.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of experience in apartment leasing or sales.
• A valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle/golf cart.
• Experience with property management software (RealPage, OneSite, and/or Yardi) or ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents by planning and participating in marketing activities; greeting applicants, showcasing the community, and collecting applications.
• Assist the Community Manager by processing applications, taking resident phone calls, following up with prospective residents, and completing ongoing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents by planning and participating in marketing activities to attract prospective residents; greeting applicants, showcasing the community, and collecting applications; communicating the features and benefits of the community with potential residents.

Assist the Community Manager by processing applications in a timely manner, taking resident phone calls, following up with prospective residents, and completing additional, on-going administrative functions of the community

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

• Less than 1 year of experience in apartment leasing or sales
• A valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle/golf cart
• Experience with specialized property management software (RealPage, OneSite, and/or Yardi), or the ability to learn such software preferred
• A working knowledge of current technologies and Microsoft Office

Schedule Requirements:

Monday - Friday; some Saturdays
