Audubon is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support leasing activities and maximize community occupancy. You will inspect model units, maintain files, and respond to prospect inquiries while coordinating with the community team to drive turnover and occupancy.

The role includes processing applications, preparing move-in paperwork, and assisting with monthly renewals. Ideal candidates show strong communication and customer service skills in a fast-paced property environment.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: read and write simple correspondence.
• Mathematical Skills: perform basic math operations and percentages.
• Reasoning Ability: interpret instructions and solve problems.
• Computer Skills: proficient with Word, Outlook, and Excel; internet searches and calendars/databases.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leasing operations to maximize occupancy.
• Prepare show units and maintain model apartments.
• Update resident files and input new residents into Entrata.
• Give prospect tours and discuss amenities.
• Respond promptly to prospect inquiries via phone and online leads.
• Process lease applications and renewal activity.
• Assist marketing efforts and maintain marketing binder.
