Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in leasing or property management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for walking tours and inquiries.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals for apartments.
• Intensive customer service with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Welcome and assist current and prospective residents and customers.
• Respond promptly to walk-ins, calls, and emails.
• Guide scheduled and unscheduled property tours.
• Prepare lease and renewal documentation.
• Assist in resident/community events and maintenance requests.
• Record data accurately using Yardi Property Management software.
• Produce documents and reports; manage routine processes and correspondence.
• Support property marketing strategies and listings updates with ILS.
• Provide administrative support to the Community Director.
• Ensure recordkeeping complies with affordable-housing standards.
