Job summary

AG Living LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and guide potential residents through the leasing process for our multi-family property. You will drive occupancy, enhance resident satisfaction, and create a positive first impression through engaging tours and personalized service.

You will leverage strong communication and sales skills to explain lease terms, process applications, and coordinate move-ins.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a focus on leasing or real estate (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with prospects, residents, and team members.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for lease administration and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations, leasing laws, and customer service best practices.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects in a friendly and professional manner.
• Greet and engage with prospective residents, establishing rapport and understanding their needs.
• Conduct property tours, highlighting amenities, floor plans, and selling points.
• Explain lease terms, application procedures, and move-in details to prospects.
• Input and maintain resident and lease data in property management software.
• Assist with rent collection, delinquencies, and lease renewals.
• Stay informed about property features and community amenities to communicate value.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to maximize leasing opportunities.
