Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a Spokane property. You will show units, qualify prospects, tour communities, and complete leases while maintaining accurate leasing data and supporting outreach initiatives.

The role emphasizes on-site attendance, excellent customer service, and collaboration with the team to meet leasing goals and deliver a quality resident experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Able to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Regular on-site attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign a lease.
• Prepares leasing paperwork and maintains prospect traffic and data.
• Assist in implementing annual marketing plan outreach and market surveys.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident inquiries promptly.
• Assist in resident retention programs and community relations.
