Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager who collaborates with the Community Manager to ensure smooth operations, leasing, and resident relations. The role involves assisting with advertising, showings, and maintaining accurate rental records.

The candidate will process applications, input data into Yardi, and help prepare leases while upholding Fair Housing requirements and excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Fair Housing Certification, or willingness to obtain before interacting with prospective residents.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing advertising materials and show units.
• Maintain records and process applications in a timely manner.
• Update availability reports and coordinate credit checks and leases.
• Assist with lease preparation, signing, and administration.
