Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to work with the Community Manager to ensure smooth operations of the property and to assist with leasing, marketing, and resident relations.

The role involves preparing advertising materials, showing units, processing applications, maintaining records, and supporting renewals and payments in a fast-paced environment. A Fair Housing certification or willingness to obtain is required, with strong English communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills required.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain before interacting with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Maintain rental and financial records and process applications.
• Prepare advertising materials and show units.
• Update availability reports and assist with renewals.
• Communicate with residents and coordinate with Community Manager and maintenance.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of college preferred
