Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to assist the Community Manager in leasing operations, resident relations, and financial record-keeping. The role involves advertising, showing units, screening applicants, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records in Yardi.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, Fair Housing awareness, and apartment management experience. A valid driver's license is required, with bilingual Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• English proficiency; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Apartment management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing advertising materials.
• Assist in showing units and screening applicants.
• Maintain records of rental levels of comparable units.
• Present creative leasing and marketing ideas.
• Maintain courteous communication with residents and applicants.
• Process applications and deposits per procedures.
• Input information in Yardi system accurately.
• Assist with lease preparation, signing, and administration.
• Collaborate with Community Manager and Maintenance team.
• Contribute to maintaining cleanliness and curb appeal of the community.
