• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Handle leasing activities: greet the public, answer calls, and show the model.
• Process residency applications, draw up leases, and prepare notices to vacate.
• Manage administrative duties: rent postings, deposits, work orders, and reports.
• Assist Community Manager with marketing, market study, and inventory of marketing items.
• Train new employees and perform special marketing projects.
• May perform Social Director duties and assume management in Community Manager's absence.
