Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leasing ability and strong customer interaction skills.
• Proven leadership with knowledge of office policies and procedures.

• Proficient with on-site computer hardware and software.
• Must have a valid driver's license and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Handle leasing activities, greet the public, screen applications, and draw up leases.
• Post rent, prepare deposits, write work orders, and inspect vacated apartments.
• Train new staff, prepare marketing items, and assist with reports.
• Conduct off-site marketing calls and analyze market studies for recommendations.
• Support Social Director duties and potentially assume Manager responsibilities when needed.
